ODACC is responsible for certifying Adjudicators and for maintaining a public record of qualified Adjudicators (s. 13.3 of the Construction Act). Only Adjudicators listed in the Adjudicator Registry are permitted to conduct adjudications and make Determinations under the Construction Act. All adjudications that are commenced under the Construction Act must proceed through ODACC.
