Who are the Adjudicators on the ODACC Registry of Adjudicators?

Parties can request an Adjudicator from the ODACC Registry of Adjudicators which is available at https://odacc.ca/en/adjudicators/adjudicator-registry/. If the parties cannot agree on an Adjudicator, ODACC will appoint an Adjudicator from the Registry.  The Registry of Adjudicators allows parties to choose individuals with various construction backgrounds and a range of professions.  ODACC offers Adjudicators who are engineers, lawyers, arbitrators, project managers, surveyors and more.
