Are the ODACC Determinations Enforceable?

Yes. Once a Determination is made by the Adjudicator it is binding on the parties to the Adjudication until a determination of the matter by a court, a Determination of the matter by way of an arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1991 or a written agreement between the parties respecting the matter.  Any party to the Adjudication may file the Determination with the Court and it is enforceable as if it were an order of the court.
